The founder of Sentry Hospitality with 30 years experience in the hospitality business, Mr. Magarity is recognized as one of the Resort and Conference Center industry leaders today. Based in Manhattan at
company headquarters, Mr. Magarity has shaped Sentry with the vision of creating a conference-class management and development company with a committed focus on emerging into the marketplace with a competitive advantage. By providing company principles a higher degree of interaction with investment partners, clients and onsite staff, Mr. Magarity sets the tone of high-powered results at every level. This fresh operational and developmental approach has guaranteed that Sentry’s foundation is built for responsible growth. Setting leadership goals based on a smart corporate culture, customer care, knowledge and technological management, talent management,employee empowerment and profit; Sentry has become synonymous with uncompromising success. Each of the executive conference centers,
resorts, hotels, golf clubs, entertainment venues and e-learning training centers have experienced incremental growth in the past two years. Mr. Magarity is creating a new case study of leadership and results at every Sentry facility. As Chief Executive, Mr. Magarity oversees the management, marketing and finance of the company and is responsible for Sentry’s growth and investor relations. Prior thereto, Mr. Magarity held key senior level positions with industry leading companies as well as Sheraton Hotels and Resorts. His business affiliations are with American Hotel & Lodging Association, Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, International Association of Conference Centers and Urban Land Institute. Mr. Magarity supports
several community interests and charities throughout Manhattan. |

Executive Vice President, Resorts & Conference Centers
Bill Jackson, Sentry’s Executive Vice President, has over 30 years of diverse hospitality experience ranging from resort and lifestyle destinations to executive conference centers. Mr. Jackson brings a wealth of expertise to Sentry operations, most recently as General Manager of the Bald Head Island Resort in North Carolina as well as previously opening our new Niagara Falls Conference Center at Niagara Falls. Mr. Jackson’s expertise in opening new projects for the company is excellent. He directly oversees property operational systems and standard operating procedures (SOP) for all Sentry projects. Mr. Jackson’s prior experience includes responsible positions with Benchmark Hospitality, Hershey Hotels and Resorts, Resorts International as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of The Taj Majal, as well as Dell Webb’s resort operations. Mr. Jackson’s professional affiliations are with American Hotel & Lodging Association, Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, International Association of Conference Centers and International Association of Convention and Visions Bureau.

Senior Vice President, Financial Operations
Mr. Mark Bibb is responsible for financial operations & controls, systems development & managing Sentry’s overall business intelligence applications with fiscal responsibility. Utilizing state of the art industry software programs, Mr. Bibb incorporates components such as; accounts payables, general ledger management, budgeting, forecasting & financial reviews both at the property levels as well as the corporate organization with significant years of experience behind him. Mr. Bibb has developed industry-recognized budgeting & labor control programs with a focus on executive conference centers & resorts. Mark has helped Sentry grow steadily in the area of fiscal responsibility since he began with the corporation in 1996. In addition, Mr. Bibb oversees a comprehensive business intelligence model both through on-property and centralized accounting systems that are compatible throughout the company. In addition to Mark’s day-to-day communication and management with property-level comptrollers, as well as regional consultants, his primary objective is focused on delivering profits company-wide. Understanding the Complete Meeting Package (CMP) from a financial perspective is one of Mark’s strongest attributes. Mr. Bibb'shas held executive positions in the financing arena with several conference center and resort projects throughout the United States. Mark is active with the National Association of Hospitality Accountants.

Global Director of Conference Center Operations
Laura comes to Sentry from Morgan Stanley where she held a variety of key positions including serving as a Vice President. In addition, Laura previously served as a Public Relations Associate for Mobil Corporation where she was responsible for event planning and marketing of special projects. Laura currently oversees all management responsibilities associated with the operation of Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Conference Centers. She works directly with the Firm’s business unit managers, officers, clients and vendors to manage the coordination and execution of meetings, conferences and events. Laura’s extensive corporate background has made a very positive contribution to Sentry. She is an experienced manager in organizing corporate annual meetings, international conferences and special public relations events. Laura’s professionalism and strong interpersonal skills have been an incredible asset to Sentry. She has established key relationships with individuals at all levels of Morgan Stanley, and has a proven track record of adapting quality management principles to solve business issues. Laura is an excellent team manager with an ability to motivate associates to achieve desired objectives. Her dedication and commitment is to consistently provide the highest level of customer service. Laura sets the tone for Sentry Hospitality, through seamless logistical coordination and flawless execution of all meetings and events held at our Conference Centers.

Director Travel Industry Sales
Elizabeth Pelton joined Sentry Hospitality in July 2005 when Sentry Hospitality was awarded the management contract for the Holiday Inn Select Hotel in Niagara Falls, New York. In her position as Sales Manager, Ms. Pelton, was responsible for both the domestic and international tour and travel markets. She additionally focused her sales efforts to the SMERF and express meetings markets.In October 2006 Ms. Pelton was promoted to the position, Director of Travel Industry Sales for the entire Sentry portfolio. Her new responsibilities include the further development of travel industry market segments via domestic wholesalers and international receptive tour operators.With 20 years of experience in the hospitality business Ms. Pelton is an expert in the tour and travel segment having started her career with the Hilton Niagara Falls as a Tour Coordinator. She continued her advancement in management positions with the Radisson Niagara Falls, the Canadian Niagara Hotels where she was responsible for the tour and travel efforts of five properties; and the Niagara Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau. Ms. Pelton is based at the new Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls (former Holiday Inn Select) which was re-flagged in November 2006 following a $20 million renovation.

Corporate Advisory Resource Food Concepts
A world renowned chef who has overseen
the successful opening of over 350 restaurants since 1989
including his award wining City Tavern in downtown Philadelphia.
The preceding culinary concept subsequently inspired Mr. Staib's
cookbook the City Tavern Cookbook. Mr. Staib oversees the
Sentry team’s food and beverage concepts and menu development.
Currently he is implementing cutting edge concepts for Sentry’s
properties in Bald Island and Niagara Falls. Mr. Staib’s
culinary awards include Philadelphia Delaware Valley Restaurant
Association 1999 Restaurant of the Year and Cheers magazine
award for best overall beverage program in America.
